Responsibilities: • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Successfully navigate and complete Sherpa Real Estate's 90 Day onboarding process • Become adept at the processes of negotiation, contract creation, management, and client risk protection Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Organized and manages time effectively • Strict adherence and desire to collaborate with Sherp Real Estate's Core Values and Guiding Principles • Ability to skillfully time block and highly organized Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 at plan
