    Join our outstanding Sales Team in Ontario, CA!  We are currently looking for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE who will provide a great patient and customer experience and take pride in representing Shield HealthCare!

     

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls, process incoming faxes, and take orders from customers, physicians and referral sources, all while ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will have the responsibility of interviewing customers and accurately record data into our system. We are looking for someone who is confident, competitive, and self-driven to fill our rewarding customer service opportunity!

     

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    ·         Enter orders in a timely manner ensuring compliance with SHC and 3rd party regulations

    ·         Process authorizations and support documentation to ensure corporate compliance

    ·         Resolve customer complaints and report causes to immediate Supervisor for training coaching and procedural review

    ·         Maintain knowledge of quantity guidelines and document all account interactions

    ·         Up sell and cross-sell to meet customer needs

    ·         Attend to walk in customers

    ·         Miscellaneous projects as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    REQUIRED

    ·        Ability to speak, read and write both English and Spanish

    ·        2+ years customer service experience

    ·        Experience taking high volume customer calls

    ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    ·        PC knowledge and Windows experience

    ·        Type 35+ WPM
