    Shield HealthCare is looking for a RESPIRATORY THERAPIST SALES REPRESENTATIVE, who will play a vital role in providing a great patient and customer experience that will result in the continued growth of our Nutrition Support Program in the LOS ANGELES AND THE INLAND EMPIRE AREA.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work in conjunction with Shield Sales Representatives and Registered Dieticians to achieve the overall sales potential in an assigned territory
    • Perform sales support activities in specified region and document sales support activities in Sales Force.
    • As a subject matter expert, provide recommendations, develop, test and implement respiratory education tools to be used in the field.
    • Plans and implements weekly sales activities, account sales strategies in the bi-annual business plan.
    • Qualifies and quantifies the current and potential revenue/referral volume in each account.
    • Work on outreach efforts to increase community knowledge of the SHC Respiratory Program
    • Participate in community events, trade shows and health fairs

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current Respiratory Therapist licensure
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Therapist
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel
    • Ability to sell a service and promote a product line
    • Experience with respiratory patients.
    • Ability to develop professional relationships with customers, referral sources, vendors, and company personnel.
    • Computer literate.
