Our facility maintenance and management team are looking for experienced residential/commercial plumbing technicians.

This position is responsible for performing maintenance for our residential/commercial customers and performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems while utilizing our technology and great customer service to provide a superior experience for our customers.

Education and Experience

1-2 years of facility service maintenance technician level I experience; 3 years commercial plumbing

Plumbing apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience

High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred

Basic carpentry skills for remodeling projects

Skills and Abilities:

Plumbing license, a plus

Valid driver's license with good driving record

Must pass drug test

Technical skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with and repair

Efficiently use trade specific tools

Basic use of cable drain cleaning

Basic use of jetting drain cleaning equipment

Basic electrical

Basic pump Lift station diagnosis/repairs

Basic water heater diagnosis and repairs

Basic plumbing fixture installation

Collaborate with other tradespeople

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
