Service Sales Representative
S&A Service is a growing commercial service, maintenance, and repair company, looking to add a sales representative to our team. We are looking for someone with a motivated mindset and a passion for new business development and top-notch customer service.
Sales Responsibilities & Expectations:
Uses a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to maintain accurate records and maximize territory potential of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
Prepares quotes/estimates and service contracts
Able to prepare reports weekly sales meetings, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
Coordinates various tasks and scheduling activities with CSR’s to ensure quality customer service
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments

Proven success in generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a “hunter” mentality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage clients
Superior relationship building, networking, sales and customer service skills
Strong consultative selling skills/experience
Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives
Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Able to manage several projects concurrently
Dependable, honest, hardworking and enjoys having fun
Health conscious and healthy appearance
Valid drivers license and references
