We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys providing great customer service, and being part of a collaborative team.

Position Overview As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you will have a responsibility to deliver Capriotti's mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time.” You’ll prepare high-quality food, provide excellent guest service, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, and manage a restaurant team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced setting, has experience and wants to grow within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
Responsibilities
Manage restaurant team members and daily operations
Support inventory and scheduling administration
Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
Take orders accurately at the point-of-sale register
Work collaboratively with team members and other shift leads to ensure excellent service
Complete required training programs and development programs
Help create a positive, high-energy team environment
What We’re Looking For
Current or previous restaurant experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
