Ezell's Shift Leads keep our daily operations running smoothly, work with management to contribute to the success of the team, help develop team members to their highest potential and step in to help whenever needed.

Shift lead responsibilities:

· Provide world-class product quality

· Be a role model when serving guests

· Maintain the restaurant and environment

· Provide strong leadership

· Train, supervise and coach staff

· Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

· Order supplies

· Problem solving

· Execute daily systems to achieve company standards
