    Job Summary

    The Shift Lead creates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, supervising staff, and supporting club cleanliness.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet members, guests, and prospects

    Handle all front desk activities

    Respond to employee or member questions and concerns

    Handle issues and escalate as needed

    Supervise front desk staff and ensure tasks are completed

    Answer phones promptly

    Check in members and update accounts

    Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours

    Assist with cleaning and organizing the club

    Qualifications and Requirements

    Prior customer service experience preferred

    Leadership experience is a plus

    Basic computer proficiency

    Passionate about fitness and health

    Positive and interpersonal

    Reliable, punctual, and professional

    Ability to resolve issues effectively

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required

    Must be 18 years of age or older

    Schedule Requirements

    Schedule must fit the needs of the club

    Must work full-time hours

    Physical Demands

    Remain standing or walking for extended periods

    Frequent communication, in-person and via phone

    Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

    Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely
