Position Overview: The Shift Lead / Server plays a dual role—serving guests while also supporting management in overseeing daily shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, stays calm under pressure, and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Shift Management:

Act as the point of contact during assigned shifts

Support opening and closing procedures

Ensure smooth service flow and team coordination

Assist in handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly

Lead by example with a positive, team-first attitude

Service Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized section

Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming experience

Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

Team Support:

Help train and mentor new team members

Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Supervise a shift

Qualifications:

2+ years of serving experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
