We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Shift Leader to join our vibrant team and help us deliver exceptional service and cuisine.

Job Description: As a Shift Leader at Kyuramen Dallas, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations during your shifts. You will lead by example, providing outstanding customer service, directing staff effectively, and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied. Your passion for food and excellence in service will help maintain and elevate our reputation as one of the top ramen destinations in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff during shifts.
• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train new employees on our service standards and menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and assist in implementing operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food safety and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus.
