What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you will:

Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver outstanding service

Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching crew members

Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, inventory, and food safety

Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets all health standards

Step in to handle customer concerns promptly and professionally

Support management with opening and closing tasks

Maintain a positive, team-first environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required; we provide training

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and consistent availability, including nights and weekends

Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
