Position: Shift Leader (Full-Time / Part-Time) Pay: $14–$16 per hour + tips Locations: Novi, Brighton, Milford, Commerce, MI

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate the crew during shifts to deliver top-notch service

Train, coach, and support team members

Oversee cash handling, food safety, and store operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Assist with scheduling and daily task management

Handle guest concerns with professionalism

Support managers with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

Prior leadership experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment

Reliable, flexible schedule (nights/weekends as needed)

Positive, customer-first attitude

6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
