Pay

$14–$16/hr base pay + $3–$5/hr in tips Total earning potential: $17–$21/hr

What You’ll Do

Lead the team during your shift and set the tone with great service

Support and train crew members

Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Handle customer questions or concerns professionally

Assist with inventory checks and opening/closing procedures

Keep the store running smoothly when management is off-site
