Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the bakery

Supervising & helping team members as needed

Crafting cakes

Handling cash & deposits

Providing excellent customer service and handling guest concerns

Training and coaching team members

Monitoring productivity and keeping the team on schedule

Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are being followed

Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages

Assisting with covering shifts when needed

Following company policies and helping enforce them

Communicating important updates between management and staff

Stepping in to support daily operations
