Responsibilities: • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Qualifications: • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in the food service industry. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
