Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 hourly
