Responsibilities: • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Qualifications: • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
