Responsibilities: • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Qualifications: • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Prior experience in the food service industry.
