Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support staff during shifts

Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

Assign tasks and prepare team for each shift

Handle customer concerns and solve problems quickly

Assist in all restaurant roles when needed

Communicate shift results and issues to management

Requirements:

High school diploma (college preferred)

At least 1 year of food service experience

Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
