PrimoHoagies is looking for a passionate, hands-on Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has led USA Today to recognize us as the Best Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced restaurant leadership, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Lead and guide team

Knowledge and operate all aspects of the shift Slicer, Dresser, Cashier, Prep, Dish

Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation

What You Bring

Leadership experience in restaurant (fast-casual a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
