MUST HAVE PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE in fast paced Fast Casual Environment This is not an entry-level position.

Fresh&Co is a high-volume, scratch-cooked fast casual concept in Stamford. We are growing and looking for an experienced restaurant leader to join our team in a hands-on front-line role.

What You’ll Do:

Help lead , expedite , and work the front line during busy service periods

Engage guests and deliver exceptional hospitality

Oversee third-party and takeout order accuracy

Support daily operations including register and service flow

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Help coach and support team members during high-volume shifts

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant experience leadership or shift leadership experience

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Detail-oriented with strong guest service focus

Weekend availability (on a rotation minimally)

Commitment to food quality and operational excellence
