Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage staff during shifts.

Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Implement company policies and procedures effectively.

Support the management team in achieving business goals.

Answering phones and taking food orders

Bagging food orders to pick up and delivery

Assigning orders to the delivery drivers

Cutting pizza and keeping the area clean

Stoking up the counter area

Overseeing the front counter staff and making sure all tasks are performed accordingly

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry.
