About the Role:

As a Shift Leader at OM Group Wingstop in Elk River, MN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
