About the Role:

Join Sweet Paris Creperie and Cafe as a Shift Leader in Rogers, AR, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about food and customer experience, and want to lead a dynamic team in a thriving Parisian café environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.

Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver impressive customer service.

Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen areas.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with every visit.

Assist in preparing and serving delicious crepes and beverages.

Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership role preferably within the food service industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for food, particularly crepes and café culture.

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Serve safe certification would be considered an asset, but not required.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
