About the Role:

Jimmy John's of Belvedere Square is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Manager to join our fast-paced sandwich team in Baltimore, MD! This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of America's most beloved quick-service sandwich brands. If you love keeping things moving, motivating a crew, and delivering freaky fast service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shift operations to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service

Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts to maintain high performance standards

Monitor food prep, sandwich assembly, and delivery operations for quality and consistency

Handle opening and/or closing duties including cash management and register reconciliation

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction

Manage inventory, track product levels, and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in a supervisory or shift lead role in food service or quick-service restaurant (QSR) preferred

Strong leadership and team communication skills

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience

Food safety certification (ServSafe) a plus or willingness to obtain

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Must be at least 18 years of age
