Seniore's Pizza in Pacific Beach is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will supervise staff, assign duties and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.
Seniore's Pizza in Pacific Beach opened its doors to the community in September 2025. We are part of the Seniore's Pizza franchise originating in San Francisco, CA in 2002. Seniore's has been bringing flavor, quality, and customer service to pizza lovers all across Northern California. Responsibilities:
Work with, train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, and restock when necessary
Work closely with the owners, the assistant manager and other shift managers
Qualifications:
Food Handlers Card is a bonus
Previous food service experience
Experience with making pizza
Familiarity POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
