    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
    • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in the bar
    • Supervise and providing guidance and support as needed
    • Approve variable discounts
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
    • Collaborate with staff and ensure seamless coordination of events and services
    • Bartending skills and experience an absolute must have
    • ServSafe certication is a must have

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ideally knowledgeable and experienced w/ Toast POS
    • Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
    • Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
    • ServSafe certication is a must have

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
