Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in the bar
- Supervise and providing guidance and support as needed
- Approve variable discounts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with staff and ensure seamless coordination of events and services
- Bartending skills and experience an absolute must have
- ServSafe certication is a must have
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ideally knowledgeable and experienced w/ Toast POS
- Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- ServSafe certication is a must have
