Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of a shift supervisor to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment! As a Shift Supervisor, you may be responsible for:

• Maintaining a clean atmosphere
• Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures
• Assists in implementing guest oriented quality, service and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction
• Customer service and enthusiasm
• Teamwork & leadership
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous food industry experience is not required but highly encouraged.
