As an experienced agile Technical Project Manager, you will be executing alongside a high functioning team of developers, scrum masters, QA engineers, SDET, solution architects, back and front end developers, and DevOps team members who are focused on the creation, execution, and maintenance of a bleeding-edge continuous integration / continuous deployment development platform.
You will be a SERVANT LEADER, tasked with driving the creation of clear but minimal documentation to drive fast transitions between product and development. Focused on ensuring both product and development teams are deeply plugged into both limitations and new cutting edge features that should be brought to the market to shape ShiftPixy to become an industry leader. You will be the driving force to uphold the timeline, scope creep, and QA automation integrity. You’re a master at task breakdowns and scope definition to ensure development and execution are on time and meets requirements. We’re looking for a Technical project manager with a strong understanding of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
