As an experienced agile Technical Project Manager, you will be executing alongside a high functioning team of developers, scrum masters, QA engineers, SDET, solution architects, back and front end developers, and DevOps team members who are focused on the creation, execution, and maintenance of a bleeding-edge continuous integration / continuous deployment development platform.

You will be a SERVANT LEADER, tasked with driving the creation of clear but minimal documentation to drive fast transitions between product and development. Focused on ensuring both product and development teams are deeply plugged into both limitations and new cutting edge features that should be brought to the market to shape ShiftPixy to become an industry leader. You will be the driving force to uphold the timeline, scope creep, and QA automation integrity. You’re a master at task breakdowns and scope definition to ensure development and execution are on time and meets requirements. We’re looking for a Technical project manager with a strong understanding of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of technical project management in software development
• Strong experience leading medium to large enterprise-level direct-to-consumer projects
• Possesses excellent EQ with an empathetic communication style that fosters connection, collaboration and motivation
• Strong and demonstrated experience using the fundamentals of Agile development
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Unparalleled attention to detail
• Demonstrated clear leadership skills and solid experience working with large project teams
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility within the organization
• Bring a data-driven approach to project management
• RESTful web service documentation creation experience
• Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced tech environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
