    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing deal flows, notifying team members of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling all showing, walkthroughs, inspections, and photography appointments; All the while providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other Brokerage staff members to market our brand and work hand-in-hand with the team Transaction Coordinator and Preferred Vendors. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.  The position is full-time with flexibility on evenings and weekends.  Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities: • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough  • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner  • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized  • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork  Qualifications: Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Excellent written and verbal communication skills Weekend and evening availability Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $48,500
