JUNIOR MARKETING ASSISTANT (FULL TIME / WEEKLY PAY)

Shine Consulting Group, Inc. is hiring a MARKETING ASSISTANT for our primary location in Alexandria, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate various tasks related to responding to our clients' needs for their marketing and customer service.

THESE TASKS INCLUDES:

• Assisting in executing, improving and optimizing existing marketing strategies
• Design and development of new marketing strategies for existing or current clients
• Keep up-to-date with client and legal compliance
• Design and implement training strategies for new hires
• Willingness to learn about hiring and employee development for the marketing department
• Coordination of team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years experience with direct or indirect marketing, sales or customer service
• Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail and timeliness
• Familiarity with general office computer applications (eg: word, excel, etc.)

ADVANCEMENT: We are primarily looking for a candidate that would be able to be fully trained as a Marketing Assistant and be able to take on a Marketing Team Lead position as soon as six weeks of hire.
