Benefits/Perks:

Starting between $16 -18 per hour with potential for commissions, tips and bonuses.

Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided, as well all the equipment you’ll need.

Paid training – Even if you don’t have experience, it doesn’t matter – we’ll train you!

Work vehicles may be provided, however you will also require your own vehicle and may need to drive to project sites. Gas will be reimbursed.

Shine uses quality equipment to ensure you’re well equipped on the job and that clients receive the best experience and service.

Job Summary:

Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan on Falkenburg Road, Tampa.

You’ll drive in a Shine vehicle, or your own, to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our Christmas installation, window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning or house washing services.

Meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.

You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.

Qualifications:

Must like to work with people

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.

Must not be afraid of heights

Must be able to work outside
