    We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client’s user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

    Requirements

    · Able to speak knowledgeably and credibly about Palantir technology, to include to senior leadership

    · Ability to learn new tech quickly & speak credibly about them (Gotham primary)

    · Able to conduct formal and informal training sessions on Palantir tech

    · Proactive outreach and engagement with user groups; needs to be our advocate and eyes/ears on the ground

    · Clear and consistent comms externally and internally; ability to comm user feedback and onsite signal back to Palantir leadership

    · Ability to troubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team/NOC

    Requirements

    (As required by U.S. Government contract) (TS/SCI)

    1. This role is based out of the Pentagon and is in support of the Joint Staff. Likely would be at least 50% of the week (~3 days) at the week; the rest of the FSR’s time will be in support of FSR training requirements.
      1. They will be helping with training/onboarding documentation and helping to train up new FSRs/team members

    FSR should expect this to be a dynamic role, with use cases and topical areas shifting based on day-to-day crises and focus areas for the Joint Staff.

    1. The FSR will be expected to identify and cultivate new use cases and user groups across J-Directorates at the Joint Staff.
    2. While SOF issues and organizations may be part of the rollout, FSRs should expect to focus on Palantir use cases aligned to the DoD’s current priorities, including China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and non-state actors.
