Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior lighting installations.
• Conduct thorough job assessments and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Efficiently organize and coordinate daily schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with management to optimize crew performance and overall service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior lighting installations.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but we're also open to individuals with the desire to take the next step in leading a team.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation of $18 to $25 per hour, or commission on the job, whichever is higher in a given day. Most of our team members find that the commission-based pay structure leads to earnings that can surpass $1000 per week. Our lead technician consistently earns more than $1000.

Training Period:

• There is a two-week training period before commission can be established. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service and maximize your earning potential.
