Who are we looking for?
We are currently hiring for our Technician position. We are looking for people who are passionate about service, enjoy physical work, are detail oriented and take pride in their work.
This is a part-time to full-time seasonal position that offers advancement and the potential for a permanent position based on performance. Our company is constantly growing and the need for additional leadership is constant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop into a leadership role, eventually running their own crew.
We are currently looking to add 1-2 crew members to our fleet this season, so advancement is a probability for those who demonstrate leadership abilities. We would like to have candidates begin training by the end of September and begin full-time no later than October.
Once promoted, Crew Leaders make $15.00 - $25.00 per hour including commission bonuses and other bonus incentives.
No window cleaning or pressure washing experience is required, but related experience will be factored into hiring decisions.

Technician Tactical work:
Technicians work in unison with their Crew Leaders developing a teammate relationship and mindset. Each day will be different and will be a mix of providing our services throughout the Mid-Michigan area. Typical weekly schedules are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or whenever the work is completed for the day which may be earlier or later. Some Saturday work will be required during our busy seasons in the fall and is assigned on a rotating basis. Technicians typically work 35 - 45 hours per week.
Pay:
Hourly pay starting at $11.00-$12.00 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity to make additional commission bonuses daily. This is a pay-for-performance system that rewards productivity and efficiency. Raises are based on quality of work and production. All training is paid. Bonuses and incentives available. Direct deposit preferred.
