Job Description

As a fast growing fulfillment and warehousing service provider across US with HQ in LA metropolitan area, we are seeking Business Development Associates to even further drive business growth! You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and provide excellent customer service to our customers. Performance will be measured by weighted result of new customers acquired and revenues achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Identify customer needs and providing customized solutions
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with new customer
• Implement sales or marketing activities if needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in new customer acquiring, business development, sales or related fields
• Strong business sense and customer-centered
• Problem-solving and result-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Experiences of implementing sales or marketing activities preferred
