Busy firearm manufacturer looking for a Shipping Associate to join its team. Must be very familiar with AR-15s and their components along with common state and federal configuration compliance requirements. Prior experience working in firearms compliance strongly preferred. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Packing and shipping triggers, charging handles, barrels, and other small accessories;
2. Packing and shipping firearms following final QC:
3. Verifying firearm shipping labels against FFL premise and mailing addresses;
4. Verifying California upper and barrel shipping labels against FFL premise and mailing addresses;
5. Verifying California accessory shipping labels against customer IDs;
6. Checking magazine orders against state compliance rules before shipping;
7. Generating pick and pack lists for trigger and charging handle assembly;
8. Maintaining an impeccably clean and organized work area.

You must be willing to submit to a background check and random drug screenings. You must be legally permitted to possess a firearm in this position, meaning that any prior felony or certain misdemeanor conviction, among other things, is disqualifying.
