Blackout Defense is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and fulfillment operations for firearm accessories and components.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Firearm accessory/component knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Assemble hardware packs, shim packs, and accessory kits

Prepare and organize shipping materials and boxes

Laser cut foam inserts for packaging applications

Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow established procedures and quality standards

Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and move packages/materials as needed

Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Firearm industry or accessory knowledge is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits
