Manufacturing Shipping Coordinator

Shift: 1st 
Pay: $19+ based on experience
Monday- Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm


Role:

• Coordinate all outbound shipping activities, collaborating with internal departments to meet promise dates

• Enter shipping and invoicing information accurately into the ERP system

• Schedule freight pickups with carriers according to customer orders or company procedures

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience and a forklift license

• Experience in freight documentation

• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
