We develop, manufacture, and sell a variety of automatic gas shutoff valves that activate and shut off natural gas supplies at residences and businesses in the event of a significant earthquake—helping to protect homes, buildings, and families.
About the Position We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator / Shipping Coordinator to support the President and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This multifaceted position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can wear multiple hats, and is ready to hustle. You’ll be directly involved in shipping and receiving, customer service, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general office management.
About You
You are a self-starter who works well both independently and on a team.
You can handle fast-paced, deadline-driven tasks while staying organized.
You’re comfortable multitasking and shifting quickly between priorities.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You are fluent in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
You are comfortable lifting packages up to 40 lbs.
You are not afraid to hustle and take ownership of getting things done.
Education and Experience Required
High School diploma (some college preferred).
5+ years of Shipping and/or office administration or equivalent experience.
QuickBooks experience (AR/AP processing).
Shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience required.
Sales or customer service experience a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Take ownership of shipping and receiving: pick, pack, and ship product orders accurately and on time.
Handle front office activities and maintain organized office operations.
Provide customer service via phone and email for existing and new customers.
Process sales orders, accounts payable/receivable, and bi-weekly payroll.
Assist with product support and technical inquiries.
Develop and refine office processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
