Warehouse Specialist – ERP, Shipping & Logistics

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist with experience in ERP systems, shipping, and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who can manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and verify shipping documentation.
• Enter and update inventory, orders, and shipment information in the ERP system.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, deliveries, and logistics with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.
• Track shipments and help resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments regarding order status and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory, order processing, or shipping transactions.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with shipping documentation and coordinating freight or parcel shipments preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
