We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Shipping Dispatcher to join our team in Markle, IN. You’ll be the linchpin between our warehouse, drivers, and customers—making sure every load gets where it needs to go, on time and in one piece. Responsibilities: • Receive and process all inbound material deliveries • Verify that all material on outbound shipments is loaded and properly accounted for on bills of lading • Create bills of lading for all material shipments • Generate pick tickets for materials to be shipped and work with material handlers with loading trailers based on the shipping schedule • Serve as the point of contact for all drivers while on deliveries • Inventory finished goods and maintain an accurate list of finished products awaiting shipment • Track all FMCSA/DOT compliance documentation for semi trucks and trailers, including permits • Schedule and track all fleet maintenance and coordinate with drivers to move equipment in and out of maintenance with off-site vendors • Additional duties as directed • Reports to the Plant Manager Qualifications: • Experience in shipping and receiving • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
