About the Position

RealCraft is looking for a Shipping Fulfillment Clerk to help get our premium hardware products packed and shipped to customers across the country. In this role, you’ll pick and pack orders, receive incoming shipments, and help keep our inventory organized so everything runs smoothly.

What We Offer

Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Pick, pack, and prepare hardware orders for shipment.

Verify order accuracy, ensuring correct items and quantities are included.

Label and package shipments to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Maintain accurate shipment records, including manifests and bills of lading.

Receiving & Inventory

Receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy, quality, or damage.

Match deliveries with packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading.

Label and store inventory in proper warehouse locations.

Report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items promptly.

Warehouse Operations

Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area.

Partner with team members to keep orders moving efficiently.

Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Other Responsibilities

Provide support to production or shop teams as needed.

Assist with improving warehouse processes and workflow efficiency.

Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and overall operations.

Experience & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable and dependable with a good team attitude

Comfortable reading order sheets and shipping documents

Able to work independently and solve problems when they come up
