** Position Overview

This role seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of diagnostic monitors to patients and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes, as well as interacting with patients and their families by phone. This is a new position in a company where current team members have worked for over ten years each.

This is a salaried on-site position, located in Rockville, MD. Work hours are typically 9-6, with some days requiring 9am-7pm.

Responsibilities :

• Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all packages are accurately processed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Interact with clinical, customer service and remote sales staff to assure delivery of product in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record to pick up returned mail from local post office.
