Join our fast-paced, high-energy print production team as a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator! In this role, you’ll take ownership of shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks that keep our operation running smoothly. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn.

About the Position:
As a Shipping & Receiving Agent at our fast-paced, high-volume printing facility, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of materials through the building—from receiving incoming supplies to shipping finished products. You’ll work closely with production and sales teams to meet deadlines, manage inventory, and uphold quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in building a long-term career in print and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Process incoming orders accurately and on time.
Package and label shipments per customer requirements and carrier regulations.
Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight, and local carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
Receiving & Inventory
Receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders or packing lists.
Ensure proper documentation and storage of received items.
Maintain inventory levels of shipping supplies and reorder as needed.
Conduct periodic inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
Quality & Communication
Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to confirm accuracy and condition.
Communicate shipment status and resolve issues promptly with sales reps and internal teams.
Provide excellent internal customer service to support production and account management.
Measurable Metrics:
Order Accuracy: % of orders shipped correctly and on time.
Receiving Accuracy: Match rate between received goods and documentation.
Efficiency: Average processing time per shipment or order.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years experience in shipping/logistics preferred; print industry experience a plus.
Computer Skills are a must, including spreadsheets like excel and Google, data handling, and various shipping softwares, including PrintSmith and ShipLeap
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Able to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
Positive, professional attitude with good communication and a team-first mindset.
Compensation
Hourly: $18-$20 (depending on experience)
