Our client, a specialty industrial manufacturer, is seeking a proactive and organized Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily export operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, preparing shipping documentation, and maintaining compliance with shipping regulations. You will work closely with carriers, internal departments, and customers to resolve shipping issues and support smooth order fulfillment. This is a direct hire, full-time, and onsite role with cross-training opportunities and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/distribution systems
• Knowledge of freight documentation and logistics compliance a plus
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work primarily in an office setting
