Picker Packer

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing.

Working Hours 8 hour shifts 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation

Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules

Must be be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Basic computer and math skills

Attendance is key

Qualifications:

Must be able to bend and stand to verify part counts

Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form

Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers

Be able to or learn and set up weigh scales and counting scales

Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety Rules, operating paper work, blue prints

Prior knowledge of air tools and banding equipment is helpful

Strive to reach department wide production goals

Must be able to work with others

Must pass Drug and Alcohol test
