We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Operator to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order-picking role

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack work orders using handheld scanners or devices

• Maintain organization of goods in warehouse bins and ensure correct material placement

• Perform routine cycle counts of components, raw materials, bulk, and finished products

• Assist with physical inventory counts and provide timely and accurate data to supervisors

• Support general warehouse organization and ensure cleanliness in assigned areas

• Execute warehouse tasks such as sorting, staging, labeling, and stacking items

• Follow company safety protocols for equipment operation and material handling

• Enforce and adhere to warehouse security procedures to protect inventory and equipment

• Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure proper equipment usage

• Participate in periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager
