We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Houston, TX Sunbelt Stud Welding Inc. Part-Time (20 hrs/week) leading to Full-Time

We’re currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Houston team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values being part of a close-knit team, and wants a role with room to grow. We also believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, ensuring our team can perform at their best both on and off the job.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and packaging orders for shipment with care and accuracy

Receiving incoming deliveries and checking items for accuracy and damage

Keeping shipping and receiving records organized and up to date

Coordinating pickups and deliveries with shipping providers

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Assisting with inventory counts and restocking packaging supplies

Working alongside the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent

2–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field

Comfortable using inventory systems and basic Microsoft Office tools

Strong attention to detail with a dependable work ethic

Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work as required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
