Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a frozen meat distribution center. This role requires someone who is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment.

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33407
Industry: Frozen Meat Distribution Center

Schedule: Monday to Friday, including weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $19+ per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift (sit-down, stand-up, and/or pallet jack) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks accurately
• Receive shipments and verify quantities and product condition
• Prepare, stage, and organize orders for shipping
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Follow all safety, GMP, and food handling procedures
• Work in cold/freezer conditions (32°F / 0°C or below)

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED (must be able to communicate clearly in both)
• Previous shipping & receiving experience REQUIRED
• Forklift experience REQUIRED (certification preferred)
• Experience in warehouse or food distribution is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
